ALL ITEMS MUST BE EXCHANGED WITHIN 14 BUSINESS DAYS FROM WHEN YOU RECEIVED YOUR PACKAGE!
If you were shipped an incorrect item, we will pay the return shipping costs. The only reason we accept a return is if you were by chance shipped the wrong item. All of our merchandise is thoroughly inspected. If you are unhappy with the item you received, or are needing a different size, you may exchange for a size or receive store credit. You should expect to receive your store credit within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your store credit once we receive it.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. If you are located outside of the United States, shipping rates will apply! As of now, we can ship to Canada, France, & New Zealand.
